Navally
version 8 (Battleship Naval Combat) |
 |
|
Hover your mouse: As shown in the picture below, navigate to the game site's
initial Battleship Naval Combat page and STOP. Do not click that yellow Start Game button! Now start my
Navally and hover your mouse on it instead, exactly as the pink arrow down there is showing. The auto should
recognize it, click it, beep at you and snap your mouse away. |

|
Google Chrome only: Since Firefox and Internet Explorer have altered graphics and are much slower
in processing these Flash-embedded games, please use the Chrome web browser instead. If things change, I will be happy to include these other two...
but this is just not the case right now. |
|
| 8 (2.16.2012) The game got a new front page. To start the auto, you will now need to hover your mouse
on the yellow Start Game button there instead (as shown in the above picture). |
| 7 (10.28.2011) Seems they moved the You achieved rank Close button and stalled the auto. Thanks for letting me
know, Gene. |
| 6 (10.25.2011) This morning's maintenance brought some extra curls and swirls in the blue background behind
all of the flash-embedded games, so the auto was having a hard time finding the game. If they keep changing it, I may have to resort to another approach.
You might need to clear your Chrome's cache (click the upper-right wrench Tools button, then Tools, Clear browsing data, checkmark the top 4 boxes only,
make sure the top pulldown reads “the beginning of time”, then click the “Clear browsing data” button at the bottom) and your Flash cache (click
here, then the “Delete all
sites” button, Confirm) to force the new blue background to arrive. |
| 5 (10.11.2011) This morning's extended maintenance brought a different blue background behind the game, so the
auto couldn't see it. While I was in there, I coded all of these flash-embedded games to simply Put your mouse anywhere on game! to get started. |
| 4 (10.7.2011) Slightly altered graphics were keeping the auto from finding the game correctly. Easy fix... thanks
for letting me know, Tyler. |
| 3 (7.28.2011) Fixed a rare stall when the board got really full of missed shots and the computer had a large
ship remaining. Also made the auto a little smarter while I was in there. |
| 2 (7.27.2011) One of you sent a picture with a differently shaded Auto Deploy button and Navally would stall
there. Hopefully, all fixed. |
| 1 (7.27.2011) First of all, you really need to uncheck Cut scenes are on in the game's options to really
speed things up. To get Navally started, manually begin a new game yourself so that you can see your Mini at the upper-right of your window. Then hover
your mouse up there on your score or Mini and the auto should take off. I also recommend keeping the Pacific option checked for maximum rank speed
since it's the easiest level. Don't forget that the Control key on your keyboard pauses the auto at any time. Yes, the intel could be a little more
focused on the sinking ships. But it's so fast right now, I am not really worried about it. Perhaps later, if they add 30 more ranks, I will be happy
to give that area a happy pill. Also, this first version does not use any of the power-ups because one of them was acting a little too moody for my
taste. |
